Dear Parents

G . Barnard Shaw quoted "life is no brief candle, it's a burning torch which I have to hold on to before passing it on to the future ganaration." This is what defines our task at Motherland Public School.

Teaching is a dynamic profession, never static and constantly evolving in the sphere of education. The key education concepts for a teacher are persistence, insistence and consistence. A studen is taught to be persistent, insistent and consistent in his or her approach to reach the desired goal. Fortunately our class XII Board results have proved it.

Smart teaching is all about supporting ones lessons by visual inputs prompt facial expressions gestures and the body language. The A B C of performance management depends upon - Activator, one who gets performance going; B is for behavior, which is the performance that takes place and C is the consequence or the evaluated response.

Learning by performing in an open environment encourages enthusiam and informality. It is the responsibility of teacher to make the task meaningful. Teachers at Motherland have a positive attitude and keenness to learn as a burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishments.

As, the head of this institution, I truly believe at the end of the day, our quality of life comes down to the quality of our contribution. When we try to improve the lives of our students, we indirectly elevate our own life in the process
